Ambassador Ruth welcoming concert goers who turn out to have been long lost friends
Ambassador Sallye, far left, and Ambassador Ruth, far right, welcome one of Cele Peterson's granddaughters, Grace Peterson, and her family. Grace made a Danish Kransekage, a special cake for Tucson's Birthday guests.
The Seven Pipers played traditional bagpipe music, and the Happy Birthday song.
