When Patti and I were at the Mission last weekend we met an artist who was displaying his work and ready to start a new piece. He said the canvas wasn't talking to him. We told him we were there to help promote Tucson's 235th Birthday. Later in the day he came up to me and said he had come up with an idea for his new piece, 235 brush strokes to honor Tucson's 235th Birthday. Below the is the painting that he created.
